Products sold are guaranteed to be new upon delivery. Should there be any quality issues with the delivered product, please provide photos of the said items together with its original packaging within 30 minutes upon receival. If return is initiated by customer and agreed by The A Diana Collection, customer is required to return it to us within 24 hours upon receival of product.

The returned product will be checked and it should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the product has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.  Diana Collection also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit & reserves the right to research original purchase, limit or decline a refund.

Once we have checked and confirmed the products, customer will receive an exchange within 3-7 working days after the confirmation.
